Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join a vibrant team in Carlsbad, California. This position is perfect for individuals who excel at maintaining data accuracy and have a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input and update data into the company's database systems.
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
  • Maintain data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
  • Assist in developing data management strategies and protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
  • Resolve discrepancies in information and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
  • Respond to information requests from authorized members.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in data entry or a similar role preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Work Hours:

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday

Pay:

$18 - 21 per hour
